I'm in the market for another esky.....i have a tropical poly and want to go back to glass again.....i did have a bailys for a few years but sold it a while ago now. i want something in the 120ltr range and preferably long enough to fit a decent sized mackeral trunk in.....so something around 1200 long.it also has to have good strong handles for carrying and lashing down in the boat.. By designing it so that it has 360 degree airflow around the box, you don't have issues with rising heat coming off of hot surfaces affecting the performance of the ice box. it's got very strong integrated hinges and has a locking facility. you can also use the quick release ratchets to tie it down on your boat or vehicle.. Design and build a hardtop, ice-chest, or fishbox - or build your own fibreglass boat. in this series, tony has done a marvellous job of taking a very technical subject and putting it into language we ordinary folk can understand. he’s been assisted by some of the industry’s top fibreglass specialists who tipped all the high tech.
